A clearer understanding of our work
About The Ground Within.
Online coaching for the questions that matter in your life and work. We offer a calm space to reflect, clarify your priorities and choose a realistic next step.
A focus you can agree on
Coaching begins with your question. You might be considering a personal change, navigating a professional responsibility or noticing that the two are connected. You do not have to arrive with a polished goal. The opening conversation is a place to discuss what you want to explore and whether the approach fits.
Our approach is goal-oriented and integrative. A trauma-informed approach means paying attention to your boundaries and pace: you decide what you share, and you can ask about a suggested exercise before taking part.
Online conversations, clear arrangements
Regular coaching sessions take place by video. Choose a private space and agree the appointment with your time zone in mind. Our free introduction lasts 15 minutes and gives you time to ask about the approach, fees and availability.
Enquiries are currently arranged by email. Sending an enquiry does not confirm an appointment; the time and session details are agreed with you before proceeding. Coaching focuses on reflection, goals and next steps and does not replace medical diagnosis or psychotherapy.
Understand the online coaching processThe service and its operator
The Ground Within is operated by PJMA Consulting LLC. The website brings together our coaching offer, practical guides and contact routes. You can read about the coaches and their approaches on the main page.
For operator and registration details, see our legal notice. The privacy information explains how the website and enquiry routes handle information. You can ask practical questions before sending personal details.
About our practical guides
Our guides help you understand the process, compare a personal or professional focus and prepare for a conversation. They describe the service at The Ground Within and are published under the brand. AI-assisted drafting is used to organise and explain the information clearly.
Guides show their publication date. We update them when the information changes; fees, availability and individual arrangements should be confirmed directly before a session. If you find something unclear or out of date, please tell us which guide and detail need clarification.
